Good day, my name is Lisa Yard, graduate of the Faculty of Humanities and Education at the University of the West Indies Cavehill Campus. On November 29, 1906, the agriculture reporter gave account of an inquest at the General Hospital in connection with young William Christopher Marshall, an employee at the Vale Manjack Mine in St. Joseph, who lost his life as a result of injuries received while descending into one of the shafts.
